I was born in Athens (Greece). I studied for almost seventeen years Archaeology and History in Greece and Italy. In 2006 I received a PhD in Medieval History from the University of Athens. I speak and read English, French and Italian. During my academic years I was awarded a number of scholarships for the completion of my studies. Now I leave in London but I visit Greece many times. I have written numerous academic articles, participated in international conferences, and I was honored twice by the Greek Parliament for my research and the book on Eleftherios Venizelos. I have also worked for the National Research Institute as well as for the Greek Ministry of Culture. Over the last decade I have written history articles in Greek and English, and many books, novels, and short stories.
